This policy explains how to cancel a Docpipe subscription and when refunds are available. Because Paddle is our merchant of record, refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.
These summaries describe the current public policy. Contact Docpipe if your organization needs contract-specific terms.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in your workspace, or through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, your team keeps Pro until the end of the current paid period, then moves to the Free plan. Your documents and spaces are never deleted.
Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged—the simplest way to try Pro at no cost.
If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. We do not operate an "all sales final" policy.
Request a refund through Paddle at paddle.net—search for your purchase using the email address you checked out with—or email support@docpipe.co and we'll help. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days once approved.
