Overview
These terms are between you (or the organization you represent) and Docpipe Labs ("Docpipe", "we"), and govern your use of the Docpipe service at docpipe.co. By installing an integration or using the service, you agree to them.

Your content
You retain ownership of documents, captures, and other content you submit. You grant Docpipe the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it for your organization.
Billing, subscriptions, and merchant of record
Paid plans are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for all purchases. Paddle handles payment, billing, currency conversion, sales tax, and invoicing, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Plans are charged per seat and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period; refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Docpipe for unlawful content, unauthorized access, disruption, abuse of integrations, or activity that violates another person’s rights.
AI output
AI-generated answers and proposed changes can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information and use the available sources and approval controls.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations. Docpipe may suspend access that violates these terms or creates security or legal risk.
